Since 1989 this impressive company, has had an environmental and ecological policy in place. Sustainability has always played a central role in their day-to-day operations. For this reason It made perfect sense for SKF to partner with EPS in an effort to reduce carbon emissions by retrofitting their lighting. Not only are they significantly reducing their carbon footprint but they are reaping the savings, as well!
For SKF, It's all about cutting down on green house gases. It's a side benefit that they are also saving their hard earned capital with energy saving lamps and ballasts installed by EPS. They got rid of all their energy sapping HID lamps and in their place installed EPS energy saving lamps, ballasts, sensors, reflectors, and surge protectors. They retrofitted both the offices and the factory and are enjoying greater light levels, less heat, more productivity and saving over 1,852,000 KWH per year.
Best of all, they are responsibly making a choice to pursue a cleaner and a more sustainable future for future generations.
