Performance
Contracting for organizations that desire to make improvements but lack the capital, EPS will fund the project through performance contracting. We will finance up to 100% of the project improvements, design and installation costs. By doing this we have a vested interest in ensuring the projected savings are met year after year. With performance contracting if you already have the funds budgeted for utilities then you already have the funds to pay for energy improvements because you are paying for the project with the savings.

Consulting
Many companies use our flexible consulting option. We can draw up a more precise energy analysis than our first pass, no cost, option. If you would like a more in depth savings analysis there is a small fee. If you use our services the amount charged for the analysis is directly applied to the cost of the job, thereby making it no cost to you.
